Refund and Return Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the special nature of feng shui and spiritual products, unless the goods are damaged or there is an error during transportation, all sales are generally final and refunds are not accepted.

2. Damaged or incorrect goods

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.


Please provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product and packaging photos



We will review your application and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Opened or used goods
  • Customized or consecrated products
  • Spiritual products that have been activated or used

4. Refund Processing

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Shipping costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs will not be refunded.
